After the central government of India refused to deliver the next portion of financial support to state farmers until live land record integration was completed, the state government has begun the process of integrating live land records for all beneficiaries of the PM Kisan Nidhi Yojana.

It has been decided not to release the third portion of the financial aid that was scheduled to be delivered by the 30th of November. Because there have been several instances of ineligible farmers receiving financial aid, the state administration has been instructed by the Central Government to investigate the backgrounds of all farmers who have registered for the program.

Nearly 6.5 lakh farmers were taken off the list of people who had registered for help after it was deleted by the state administration.

It has been reported that many farmers who paid income tax, held sarpanch or other constitutional positions, worked for the government, or drew a pension after leaving their positions there filed for financial aid despite being disqualified from the program. These people are no longer considered beneficiaries.

17.5 lakh farmers were reportedly designated as beneficiaries, according to the Director of Agriculture Gurwinder Singh.
